A Note to Say Thanks

Dear Dr. Jeff & Office Staff,

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all for helping me at a time that was very painful and stressful for me. I was a past patient with back problems that you helped greatly and earlier this year when my back pain got so bad I could not stand it anymore, I came back to you. Your office staff, along with you, assessed my needs and put a plan into action to get me back from the daily and constant pain to a healthy life. I must say it worked and now most of my days are pain-free. I will never be completely absent from pain, but am now able to do most of the things I want to do. I will continue referring my friends and business associates, as well as my customers, to you.
